Hello fellow veterans,
Since the COVID19 outbreak, I have been spending a lot of time at home behind the computer, just like you and your family. Because so much was happening as being reported by the media; I tried to find solace on the internet instead of the television.
That didn’t help; pastors, movie stars, more shootings, more veterans dying untimely deaths! Christian churches talking about the “rapture”. I’ve been ready; what’s the hold-up?
Since I found out about us Negroes being of the Tribe of Judah; I turned to the Jewish Calendar to see what “they” have to say.
Elul (the year is 5780 from August 21 to September 18, 2020) is the 12th and final month in the Jewish calendar. It is a month that connects the past year with the coming year—a time when we reflect on where we stand and where we should be going.
The “King is in the Field” meaning God has defended from His throne and is readily accessible. He is willing to hear our requests and listen to our fervent prayers for the coming new year.
It’s called the month of repentance, the month of mercy, and the month of forgiveness!
They believe the King of Kings is accessible. Everybody can approach Him, Numbers 6:25 The LORD make His face shine on you, And be gracious to you.
What does that mean to me?
It’s like when a toddler is trying to get your attention; and you’re busy on the computer …
He gets real close to you, takes his little hands, holds your face between his two palms and says,
“Mom, mom, I wanna tell you something. ”
You can’t help but to stop and give him your attention!
“What is it, my love? Crawl up in my lap and talk to me!”
That’s the way I feel about God…
“Father I crawl up in your lap, I repent for all the sin I have done, my country has done, thank you for being merciful and forgiving me, Lord, let the people be aware of the Hegelian Dialectic, destroy this evil principality. We forgive the powers that have taken our rights as American citizens, Lord we bind the spirit of FEAR that is being spread over this country.
I have the power and authority to rebuke, cancel, and destroy every assignment and attack of the enemy.
According to Matthew 16:19 “I have the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. ”
So I bind the strong man, the principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness, and all evil intentions against the followers of Jesus Christ and I loose safety, protection, prosperity, and the zeal to save souls.
I trust you, Father.
You said in Jeremiah 29:11-13
11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare[a] and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you.
13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
Don’t lose hope Veterans…
Don’t lose hope American…
Don’t lose hope, my people…
