City of Gadsden Participating in Summer Food Service Program

Gadsden, AL-The City of Gadsden is participating in the Summer Food Service Program in
cooperation with the Alabama State Department of Education and the U.S. Department of
Agriculture. Meals will be provided to all children 18 and under without charge.
Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for
all, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, and there will be no
discrimination in the course of the meal service.
Meals will be served Monday through Friday from June 7, 2021, until July 30, 2021. All sites will be closed on July 5, 2021. Meals will be provided at the following sites:
Breakfast (8 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.) and Lunch (11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)
